Tennessee Titans at Minnesota Vikings: ALL THE COVERAGE~!

We’re getting closer to the time where we get to see whether or not the Minnesota Vikings can salvage their 2020 season, as they prepare to face the Tennessee Titans on Sunday afternoon at U.S. Bank Stadium. We’ve got all of the ways that you can watch and/or listen to the action right here in one place, so let’s get you that information, shall we?

Television Info

For the third week in a row, the Vikings will kick things off at the best possible time for NFL football, that being at noon Central time on Sunday afternoon. This game will have a slightly different feel to it, as it’s going to be broadcast on CBS rather than FOX, so it will be on WCCO-4 in the Twin Cities. The play-by-play for this one will be handled by Andrew Catalon and James Lofton. If you’re not sure whether or not you’re in the broadcast area for this one, here is the graphic from the good folks at 506 Sports. The Titans/Vikings game is shown in orange.

If you’re going to be using the DirecTV Sunday Ticket package to view this one, you’ll want to point your receiver to Channel 705.

For our men and women in uniform overseas, the American Forces Network will not be showing this one live, but there will be a replay of the game that starts at Monday at 0600Z. That translates to a 0700L kickoff for everyone in Central Europe, 0930L for fans in Afghanistan, and 1400L for viewers in Japan and Korea.

Radio Info

Once again, the Vikings Radio Network and all of its affiliates will be bringing you live broadcasts of every Vikings game for 2020. If you’re traveling around an area where there’s an affiliate or you just prefer the radio to the television, check out their site and find the affiliate in your area.

For those with satellite radio, you can find the Vikings feed for this contest on either Sirius Channel 83 or XM Channel 225. If you’re using the SiriusXM app, the Vikings’ permanent home there can be found on Channel 820.

Referee Info

Football Zebras informs us that the officiating crew for this one will be led by Clete Blakeman. The Vikings saw Blakeman’s crew twice last year, both times on the road. His crew called the Vikings’ 28-10 victory over the New York Giants last season, and his crew also handled the Vikings’ 37-30 loss on Monday Night Football to the Seattle Seahawks.

Weather Info

Once again, this one is going to be held in the comfy confines of U.S. Bank Stadium, so weather is not going to be a factor. There won’t be any tailgating or people traveling to and from the game, either. WeatherNation says that the weather will be pretty decent, though, with temperatures in the mid-60s and winds out of the west at about 15 miles per hour.

Streaming Info

With this game being on CBS, you’ll be able to watch this one on CBS All-Access. I believe a lot of the cord-cutting services offer some sort of streaming option as well, and there’s always NFL GamePass if you don’t have any of those. Heck, you can even get Sunday Ticket on your PlayStation or XBox, if nothing else.

In the spirit of the legendary Bob Casey, there will be no illegal streams here on the Daily Norseman. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO illegal streams here on the Daily Norseman. Promoting such things is grounds for an immediate and permanent ban. Don’t be one of those troll accounts that we get here every so often that we ban across the entire platform.

That should be all of the relevant information you need to follow all of the action from U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday afternoon between the Tennessee Titans and your Minnesota Vikings. As always, the Game Threads will start flowing approximately an hour before kickoff, so we hope to see you here then.
