Today at 2:30 p.m. PT, Nick Rolovich finally will be officially introduced as the next head coach of the Washington State Cougars in a news conference that will be broadcast by Pac-12 Network.

Introductory news conferences typically are celebratory affairs, but this one is perhaps a bit more highly anticipated by fans than they usually are, given who Rolovich is replacing and also given what we know about Rolovich’s personality.

Rolovich spent the past four years as the head coach of the Hawaii Warriors, winning 18 games in the last two seasons at one of the most resource-challenged schools in the country.
