Noles News: FSU can’t let Clemson beat them twice

Football:

Following a wild loss to Louisville previously unbeaten Wake Forest is a small favorite over Florida State. If FSU is still thinking about Clemson come Saturday they will get beat.

It’s been a long road back for Khalan Laborn and after scoring his first collegiate touchdown on Saturday he knows his teammates won’t quit.

ESPN no longer thinks that FSU is going to make a bowl. Sporting News has them currently looking at a rematch of the 2016 opener.

There’s really not much FSU’s defense could’ve done to stop the tigers; Trevor Lawrence was locked in from the start.

Both of FSU’s qbs were not good on Saturday but the bigger story (no matter how boring it sounds) is that FSU simply cannot block defensive fronts that talented for the foreseeable future.

The Marching Chiefs always represent FSU with class so how they left Clemson after the game is no surprise to Seminole faithful.

All good things must come to an end and FSU’s nine game ACC winning streak came to an end in double overtime vs. top-ranked Virginia.

FSU Volleyball lost in five sets to North Carolina; it’s the first time they’ve lost on the road in-conference this season.

Newcomers whether they’re freshmen, graduate transfers, or junior college recruits have been notable early contributors under Leonard Hamilton; it’s a testament to the culture of the program he’s established.
