NCAA Hammer About To Fall On Kansas?

Earlier this summer, former Duke assistant AD Stan Wilcox, now with the NCAA, said that following the Adidas trial that several schools would be hearing from the cartel organization.

Well looks like Kansas is about to.

Multiple reports suggest that Bill Self and the Jayhawks are about to get a package from the NCAA. Now on deck: Arizona, Auburn, Creighton, Louisville, LSU and Southern Cal as the NCAA, in its strange, opdaque way, is about to pounce.

One thing that will be interesting will be to see how, in light of this, Roy Williams is re-evaluated. He left Kansas with his reputation intact. It took a hit at UNC with the academic fraud scandal but he mostly survived it.

This is going to be interesting. It’s obviously not good news for KU – it wouldn’t be for anyone – but whatever happens, Kansas basketball will endure. It’s not going anywhere.
