Lamar Odom reveals his ‘biggest threat’ on Dancing With the Stars is former NFL star Ray Lewis

Just hours after former NBA star Lamar Odom was confirmed as part of the Dancing With the Stars cast for Season 28, he revealed who his ‘biggest threat’ is.

TMZ caught up to Odom on Wednesday, and when asked who his biggest threat was to winning the DWTS crown, he said, ‘I think it’ll probably be Ray Lewis.’

Lewis is the only other former pro athlete among the cast, who was well-known for his pre-game dance rituals before every Baltimore Ravens game during his career.

When asked about joining the show, Odom said it would be ‘challenging,’ adding that this wasn’t the first time he had been considering joining the show.

‘I think we talked about it a couple of years before, with my old publicists were seeking it but it didn’t happen,’ he said.

When asked if the earlier offer came before or after he rebooted his basketball career on the Big 3, he said it didn’t.

‘It was still on the table, but a lot of things came up after the Big 3, like this relationship with Mic Drop, to become a public speaker, that wouldn’t have happened if I was still playing for the Big 3,’ he added.

‘Some other things came my way after the Big 3, so it’s like you lose something, and some other things come up.

When asked what he would like to get out of his DWTS experience, he said, ‘Maybe some footwork, get to tell my story, my testimony.’
