Derrick Henry returns to practice

Derrick Henry returned to the practice field for the Titans today. It was the first time he has practiced since he was injured early on the first day of training camp. The initial diagnosis on the injury said he would miss about 2 weeks. He ended up missing just over 2 weeks.

Here is what Mike Vrabel had to say about Henry’s return after practice:

As you probably guessed before you watched that video, Vrabel was noncommittal on whether or not Henry will play on Sunday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers. I would be surprised to see Henry out there after not practicing for so long, and if he doesn’t play in this one we won’t see him at all this preseason.

I would like to see the run game with Henry this preseason, but at the end of the day the most important thing is for everyone to be ready week 1 in Cleveland.
