Harry Maguire arrives at Man United’s Carrington training ground ahead of sealing £80m move from Leicester
The 26-year-old was seen being driven into United’s training headquarters in a black Range Rover on Sunday morning.
It is understood Maguire underwent his medical over the weekend and is set to be confirmed as a United player by the latest of Monday.
The England international will train with his new team-mates on Monday although it’s unclear if he will play in a behind-closed-doors game against Blackburn Rovers at Carrington on Sunday.
Maguire has put pen-to-paper on a five-year deal worth up to £200,000 a week with the option for a further 12 months.
The deal will see Maguire become the world’s most expensive defender after United agreed to pay Leicester a record £80m on Friday after weeks of negotiations.
Maguire’s transfer fee eclipses the £75m Liverpool spent to sign Virgil van Dijk from Southampton in January 2018.
