James Harden to make Manila return on June 26

James Harden heading to the Philippines later this month, his third trip to the country.

Harden, the reigning NBA MVP, will make his first appearance at adidas Philippines’ “Free To Harden Freestyle Hub” at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City — which is right outside Manila — on June 26.

“We’re excited to bring back James Harden to Manila- this time for adidas- in this great opportunity for him to meet and get to know his Filipino fans better,” said Jen Dacasin, adidas Philippines Brand Communications and Sports Marketing Manager in a statement to ESPN.

To attend the Free To Harden Freestyle Hub, fans of The Beard can get a P5,000 single receipt purchase at participating Adidas stores from June 16 to 25.

More details on Harden’s Manila visit can be found on the adidas Philippines Facebook page.

There is also an awesome video circulating on social media to tease Harden’s trip.

It is likely that Harden will head over to the Phillippines right after the 2019 NBA Awards in Los Angeles on Monday, June 24, where he is again nominated to win the MVP award.

Harden averaged a league-leading and career-high 36.1 points per game this season, in addition to 6.6 rebounds and 7.5 assists. The Rockets made the Western Conference semifinals but lost to the Golden State Warriors in six games.
