Jameis Winston Accuser issues statement after news spread charges will be dropped

Jameis Winston

The woman accusing Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston of rape just issued a new statement in response to her detractors — “To be clear … THIS WAS RAPE.”

The accuser, through her attorney, is taking aim at Winston and his lawyer — claiming the defense of “consensual sex” is nothing more than “reactive damage control” after Winston’s lawyer learned the DNA in her panties matched Jameis.

News has spread that the charges will not be filled on the heisman hopeful and she has decided to fight back.  It was has been said that all accounts of the incident were consensual and Winston and the accuser were seen together prior to the incident.

The statement says, “To be clear, the victim did not consent. This was a rape.”

The accuser is also calling BS on Winston’s claims that he has multiple witnesses to support his account of consensual sex … noting that Winston waited for months after the allegation was made before claiming to have witnesses.

“If [Winston’s lawyer] had knowledge of witnesses beneficial to Winston back in February 2013, it seems logical that [Winston’s lawyer] would have immediately provided those alleged ‘exculpatory witnesses’ to Detective Angulo.  Theoretically, Detective Angulo would have taken the statements of the alleged ‘exculpatory witnesses’ at that time. Instead detective Angulo placed the case on ‘open inactive’ status.”

FYI — the accuser claims the alleged rape took place in December 2012 — and the investigation was closed in February ’13.  The State Attorney has since ordered the case reopened after finally learning about the case last week.

  1. Dude, linking to your own article about how charges won’t be filed is a joke, you need to edit your piece because your grammar is terrible, and the case was never closed. The case was inactive and was made active, not closed and then reopened. You are hardly a reliable source, and while I hope this young man didn’t do it, you are doing him a large disservice by presenting information as fact when it is conjecture. You’re a tool bag and your writing is awful.

  2. Nice job Nicholas Norman. Deleting comments to suit your purpose. Keep purporting this filth that you call journalism. Journalistic integrity is dead on this site. Also, good job at outing a potential rape victim. Fucking die you, twat.

  3. About time someone reported the truth. It’s a shame that the rape laws only protect the victim’s identity. In the UK and Australia both parties are protected. All this media whirlwind never would have happened.

    • I read some of the comments you left in other posts in your disqus account and clearly you need a hug Blanche Starbong hahaha. You leave these types of comments on every article.

  4. Biggest bunch of crap yet. A lot of effort and absurd assumptions behind this.

They write this drivel while accusing the alleged victim of trying the case in the press.

No one knows but her, Winston and the alleged witness. The witnesses testimony is likely not worth much because he is as guilty asvWinston if it was rape.

  5. No charges you PREDICT ! You are so so so naieve and wrong. Team Willie is assigning the best rape coaches to the case. Their job is to twist the mind of the complainer, and to uncover even MORE LITTLE LAMBS, who ( after months of reflection ), are coerced and convinced that they too were raped by the famous qb. Get it out of your mind that their is a search for truth by the SAO. NOT HOW MEGGS WORKS. CASE STILL DRAGGING OUT. WHY? Nov.

  6. Maybe he never mentioned before that he had witnesses because he wasn’t asked, since the accuser at the time decided not to press charges. She has conflicting stories (in one she says she was hit on the head but then she dropped that part). How many rapists take their victims home on a motor-scooter… Really? Retro-calculation of her blood alcohol at the time was something like 0.04 (not enough to explain memory loss or incoherence) and NO drugs. She was a member of a club called “cleat chasers” (girls who purposely try to sleep with athletes). After the alleged rape she went to football games and cheered for her alleged abuser(s) – who would do that if they felt they had been raped by members of the team? The girl is a skanky liar who should have charges pressed against her for false allegations and defamation of character.
